Hi, my name is Marissa Garcia. I am very excited to help you with all your real estate needs in this beautiful area - whether you are looking to sell or buy, or even just need some real estate advice; I am here to work for and with you!

I was born and raised here, in Spokane, WA. I went on to earn my BA in Environmental Design, in Bozeman, MT. Since I have returned to Spokane, from living in both Utah and Virginia, I have realized my passion in helping others through real estate, which has led me to join the amazing Spokane EXIT team. I know, for many people, that buying and selling any sort of real estate may be one of the biggest financial decisions they make in their lifetime; that is why I am here, to assist you in reaching your real estate desires. Let me help you navigate this ever-changing market!
